Our Process …which is in two parts

The Structural Contract – The Basement

• Feasibility We identify the ball park costs and so that you are satisfied that you wish to continue to the next stage.
• Quote We will prepare a quote that shows clearly what is included and/or excluded.
• Contract After we have agreed on price and content we enter into a JCT Contract. Note this is standard form of building contract and not personalised by the contractor.
• Design We structurally design, get planning, engineer and obtain the party wall awards.
• Construct We construct the basement, waterproof it and guarantee it for 12 years.

• Interior Design Our interior designer can help you specify how you want your new basement finished. Perhaps at this stage you want to add more rooms or have the entire house remodelled.
• Quote We prepare a quote to your specifications.
• Contract After we agree on price and content we enter into a second JCT Contract for these non structural internal works.
• Construct We fit out the basement to your specification and guarantee all components for 1 year or subject to the manufacturers guarantee, whichever is the longer.
